1. Service Description

GitMyABI is a smart contract Application Binary Interface (ABI) management platform that provides automated extraction, versioning, and delivery of smart contract ABIs from GitHub repositories. The service includes:

• Automatic ABI detection and extraction from GitHub repositories
• Version control and branch support for ABIs
• ABI browsing, search, and contract interface viewing
• Build status tracking and history
• API access for programmatic ABI retrieval
• Team collaboration and project management features
• Integration with GitHub Apps for seamless workflow

2. Account Registration and GitHub Integration

To use GitMyABI, you must authenticate using your GitHub account. By connecting your GitHub account, you grant us permission to access your repositories as specified during the GitHub App installation process. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your GitHub account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account or GitHub App installation
• Ensuring you have the necessary rights to the repositories you connect
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

GitMyABI offers both free and paid subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

3.1 Payment Terms

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
• Payment is processed through Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices through the billing portal
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

3.2 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

4. Feature Limitations and Fair Use

Access to certain features is determined by your subscription plan. We employ rate limiting and usage quotas to ensure fair use and service stability. Excessive use that impacts service performance or availability may result in temporary restrictions or account suspension. Enterprise plans with custom limits are available upon request.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use GitMyABI only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the service to distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers
• Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website—including software, databases, text, graphics, and logos—are the property of AxLabs GmbH or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your smart contract code and ABIs. By using our service, you grant us permission to process, store, and display your ABIs as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge the inherent security risks of providing information online.

8. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Disclaimer

GitMyABI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AxLabs GmbH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, the accuracy or completeness of extracted ABIs, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of ABIs before use in production environments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxLabs GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of GitMyABI, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

GitMyABI integrates with third-party services including GitHub and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of GitMyABI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zürich, Switzerland.
