Terms and Conditions for GitMyABI (Beta)

1. Beta Disclaimer

1.1 Beta Version

GitMyABI is currently provided as a “Beta” service. This means the service is still undergoing testing and may have bugs, errors, or other issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, without notice.

1.2 Use at Your Own Risk

By using GitMyABI in its Beta form, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. AxLabs does not guarantee that the Beta version will be free from defects, fully functional, or uninterrupted.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use GitMyABI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you provide to GitMyABI. You grant AxLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store your data in order to provide the service.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content, trademarks, and other intellectual property within GitMyABI are the property of AxLabs or our licensors. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit permission.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

4.1 No Warranties

GitMyABI is provided “as is,” and to the maximum extent permitted by law, AxLabs disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4.2 Beta Service

Because GitMyABI is in Beta, AxLabs disclaims any liability for any losses or damages caused by service interruptions, bugs, performance issues, or other defects.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use GitMyABI;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any other matter relating to GitMyABI.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AxLabs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of GitMyABI, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we do so, we will post the updated Terms and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of GitMyABI after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or GitMyABI shall be resolved in the courts located in Zürich, Switzerland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
